2. Don't skip meals.

Some people think that skipping one or two meals could help them lose weight faster. They don't understand that dieting is all about eating the right food and not starving yourself.

3. Don't check the bathroom scales everyday.

8 Tips for Healthy Weight Loss

There are many reasons why someone would want to lose weight. As a Personal Trainer I have probably heard all of them at one time or another. I have heard everything from "I just want to look better" to "My doctor tells me if I don't lose weight I will die".

For the many people that are overweight or obese losing weight can be a very positive step toward improving their overall health. The number of diet programs, diet books and diet pills on the market tells us that there is no lack of people wanting to lose weight.

The first thing you need to do to lose weight is to STOP DIETING. Dieting for the most part doesn't work. Most people that lose weight on a diet plan or program tend to gain it back even quicker than they lost it. Not only do these people gain back all they lost but usually they gain back even more than they lost.

1. DO NOT DIET. That is do not restrict your calorie intake to an unhealthy level or deprive yourself of certain foods or eat only certain foods. Eat a variety of foods, but try to make healthy choices. Think about what you are eating and learn what works for you. If you absolutely hate grapefruit you surely don't want to go on a grapefruit diet. You may lose weight at first but you won't keep your commitment when you see that nice juicy slice of Key Lime Pie.

2. Do a full body cleanse using natural herbal cleanse which you can get at most health food stores. If at all possible you should do a parasite cleanse, a Candida cleanse and a colon cleanse also. This gets the garbage out of your system that has built up over many years; it then allows the digestive system to do a better job. Scale weight can be one indicator but means very little alone. The problem with many weight reduction plans is that they rely too heavily on scale weight without considering body composition. If you plan to only use one indicator to go by the scale is the most convenient and also the least valuable. Body composition is a much better indicator,

4. Eat a diet that is as close to nature as possible. Stay away from fried foods if at all possible. Limit the white flour and sugar and anything processed. If it comes in a can, a box or is in anyway prepared, like lunch meat limit your intake of these items. The preservatives in these items are for the most part poisonous to the human body. It is best that you set up a nutrition plan that you can live with the rest of your life.

5. Try to increase your consumption of high fiber foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables. Fibrous foods like lettuce, broccoli, celery etc will help your bowels move regularly, which is important to maintaining good health. Eat at least one large salad each day. If you want to really get a boost in your weight loss add some apple cider vinegar to your salad as dressing.

6. Drink plenty of good clean water. In most parts of the US you will want to stay away from tap water. Many of the cities in the US still use fluoridated water. Fluoride is actually a poison to the human body and has been linked with the increase in Alzheimer's and other chronic diseases. You would be better off not to brush your teeth with fluoridated toothpaste either. You may want to get bottled water, oxygenated bottled water if possible.

7. Increase the amount of exercise you do. In countries other than the US people average walking 8-10 miles daily. Most people in the US walk less than 2 miles a day. Adding just a few steps here and there can add a great deal o the amount you walk. Park farther out in the parking lot, walk to the store. If the store is close to your home, walk or ride your bike to the store.

8. Add some muscle. You can and should add muscle by doing some sort of resistance exercises. This can be anything from some simple pushups and sit ups to full blown weight lifting exercises. Muscle is a dynamic tissue and will actually help you burn fat.

Зловещая рекапитализация

Украина вновь попала в кредитный омут. На этот раз Европейский банк реконструкции и развития согласился направить 3,5 млн евро на техпомощь для решения срочных проблем, связанных с рекапитализацией украинских банков.

По словам старшего банкира представительства ЕБРР в Украине Анны Токарз, средства планируется перечислить Министерству финансов.

Она также отметила, что ЕБРР в 2009 году планирует увеличить инвестиции в Украину на 15% – до 1 млрд евро.

Около 20% средств будет направлено на участие в частном капитале, остальные – на поддержку финансового сектора, развитие инфраструктуры, сельского хозяйства, сектора недвижимости.

Как сообщалось, Национальный банк Украины предлагает рекапитализировать Родовид Банк, Укргазбанк и банк Киев.

Weight Loss Diet Guidelines

Timing: the best time to go on a diet is when your energies are high. When are your energies high? For most people it's when good things are happening in their lives, when everything is going smooth. But you can also find high energies when you are in a crisis. when everything is falling apart around you & in your life.

Maybe a diet, some order in your eating regimen is the only thing you CAN do. Sometimes one feels that he has no control over the events of his/her life,and here is one thing a person can control. We CAN control the things we enter our mouth. It's in our hands in more then one sense. So there is at least one aspect in your life that you are able to be in control of. Taking charge of this aspect of your life, the food you let in through your mouth, I assure you, will make you feel a bit better about your existence.

So what do I say? I say time is not an excuse, time is a resource. The dimension of time is limitless, its here all the time.

Being here and now enables you to realize your abilities, your choices. Don't dwell on the things you call past, don't live in the future, and be attentive to feeling the essence of your existence here & now. If you choose that, you can see that there is always time for a diet, or for what ever you choose to enter into your life.

Driving Force: One needs a driving force, a reason to go on a diet, a reason to go changing ones routines .Every reason is good as long as it can hold for a while. It should be strong enough to hold a period of time in which you can start seeing results & be happy about them. Then you can go on, relying on other reasons you create to help you walk through the valley of diet.

The basic reason should be living .Not living to eat but eating to live. Life has much more to offer us humans then food. There are many other things we can nourish on. Our souls also need nourishment, and the diet they need isn't the same as the physical body needs. When you find the ways to feed your soul you find yourself less hungry and much more satisfied.

Objectives: put your intentions on some reasonable objectives. You can also put them on some crazy dreamy objectives. Just have some intentions set .Set them on easy diet or fast diet, set them on lean & muscular body ,set them on improving your health or improving your looks. Set them on finding a partner or on leaving one .Set them on climbing a mountain or running a race ,on winning a prize or on spiritual evolution .Whatever works for you, you choose ,you are the one to make the links ,you are the one to walk the way.

Once you set your intentions on an objective start walking the way toward it. Make small objectives along the way .Small in the sense of easy to achieve, like short term decisions .Things you CAN do, things you can succeed in. You want to pave your way with small successful steps. If your objectives are too high or big you might get discouraged or break your diet. For example you can tell yourself that in the next hour you are not eating or drinking anything. If it's too easy take a bigger one like, today I don't eat any chocolate. I hope you got the drill.

Strategy:Each of us knows his/her weak spots ,its time to find a way to overcome them .You shouldn't do it face to face ,its more difficult that way , & even if you can do it ,how long can you hold ?For example, you don't eat anything for a whole day, that's a face to face strategy.Ok, some of you can hold a few days( -it's a Chinese method called refusing food Qi- Gong-I tried it , its not for a diet) . In a diet you need to find your balanced way of eating, a one you can keep on using fully or partly after you achieved your objectives. So you don't fight eating by stopping to eat, you come from the sides, you need strategy. An example for strategy will be not to have too much food stored in your house, or not to buy or have stocks of things you cannot resist. Have a minimal supply for one day, for a lean day .Have more vegetables as substitutions. It's hard to stand the temptations once they are within your reach. It's easier to overcome the thoughts about them when they are not present.

Mostly remember to be generous with yourself, love yourself. Look at the knotty kid in you, remember that you know all his games & excuses & hiding places. Try being there waiting for him. & sometimes let the kid in you have his wins, knowing that you see him & you let him win just this once.

Also you should know that there are many ways to get something done. Don't be fixed on one way. Not all the ways suit everybody. Choose a way with a heart, a one that is good for you. Be flexible and open to changes.
